Embossed and Debossed are a special technique for surface finishing of the packaging. It's using the Embossed and Debossed plate to pressure the pattern and text into printed products to make the pattern and text to have conspicuous 3D effect. So that the surface of the packaging be more artistry. The Embossed and Debossed pattern comes in different depth, shallow or deep, show out the conspicuous relief effect make the printed products be more stereo feeling and artistry.

At present, Embossed and Debossed processes are not only used in the paper packaging and other paper printed products, but also widely used in the processing of paper surface. A small part is also used in the printing of bottle labels, trademarks, book binding, calendars, greeting cards and other products. Due to it need to have a certain thickness and toughness to make sure the paper will not broken because of the pressure. So the most important thing is chose the suitable paper.
